We had a wonderful live demo by Valerie Kent from her home in Cavan (near Peterborough) where she runs the Cavan Art Gallery & Academy.

She used one of her beautiful painting as a reference to re-create. We learned a few tips from her during the process: to get the black, you can mix alizarin crimson, ultramarine blue and burnt sienna together; to lift unwanted colour painted on the paper, rub it with a small piece of wet magic eraser sponge.
