Dynasty Watercolour Association
The Dynasty Watercolour Association (DWA) is a visual arts organization in Greater Toronto. Established in 2009 by its founder and President Mr. Ben Lee, its mandate is to provide an opportunity and supportive environment for artists working with waterbased media (watercolour, Chinese ink, acrylic) by
- building a network for fellow artists to flourish;
- gathering a group of artists that will integrate with the society at large; and
- creating incentives for enhancing access to our events and cultural programs through exhibitions and arts advocacy.
Membership is open to all art lovers at all levels. DWA provides a platform for artists to meet in fellowship and support, to share knowledge and exchange experiences. Together, members will work toward the creation, understanding, appreciation and enjoyment of arts through a range of activities. Apart from enriching their artistic exposure, they can also enhance their skill through interactions with one another. DWA also attaches great importance to enhancing the appreciation of art through integrating with the local art community.
Monthly meetings
Wednesday (usually on the third Wednesday) of each month 7.30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Langstaff Community Centre, Richmond Hill (northwest of Highway 7 and Bayview Avenue). Please check exact dates on our calendar.
